Don't feel obligated to upload absolutely everything. If you really want to, then go for it, but you don't have to.
As far as ratings go, they're pretty loosely defined, so it can be hard to tell exactly what qualifies for which category. They're also pretty loosely enforced, so even if you do get something wrong, you probably won't get in much trouble.

Oh no, for sure. Silly doodles and the like still go on twitter since I'm using that as a sketchbook dump of sorts. I plan to upload stuff I like, even if unrefined.
As for ratings I was mostly unsure cause of bondage stuff that even if clothed seems rather sexual (or outright is) but you apparently only get adult rating if nudity is involved.
